Here are a few images created for Sterling ATM portfolio of products and services. I captured the ATMs at their installed location. Whilst we all hope for the most amazing locations, the reality in this case was underneath stairs in a concrete multi-story car park (with very poor lighting) and on a dirty street in Korea Town and in a beautiful branch too.
As an image maker, it is my job to be creative and to use techniques to make something “hum-drum” look amazing and interesting to look at. How can I tell a story within this image without the use of additional words? The lack of visual interest in the locations effectively stripped away many constraints and gave me carte blanche with capture and post-production techniques. Amazingly, Sterling were excited by my suggestions and loved the final images.
