The new branch has an experimental layout with different zones for different activities. New elements were brought in including logos and a live plant wall which adjust the branding and also the experience of walking into a branch when so much is moved to electronic banking.
The staff and a few visitors volunteered as models with Corona Virus masks on and off as well as social distancing factors.
